Meet Ruby: A Brave Soul Ready for a Loving Home

Ruby is a truly remarkable girl who has endured so much but still has a heart full of love to give. Rescued from a kill station along with her friend Cooper, Ruby faced unimaginable hardship—dragged with a catch pole and suffering from severe neglect. Despite these early traumas, Ruby has shown incredible resilience and courage.

Since arriving at our shelter nearly two years ago, Ruby has made significant progress with our dedicated team. Though she remains a bit shy, she has begun to open up and show her true, affectionate nature. We celebrate every small victory with her, knowing how far she has come from her days of fear and trembling.

Ruby would thrive in a home with experienced dog lovers who understand the needs of rescue dogs. Ideally, she could benefit from a confident canine companion who can help guide her and build her confidence. With time, patience, and a nurturing environment, Ruby will warm up and blossom into the loving and loyal companion we know she can be.

She has made great strides and is ready to find a home where she can continue to grow and feel secure. If you have the experience and compassion to offer Ruby the love she deserves, she could become an incredible addition to your family.

Please consider giving Ruby the chance to experience the joy and comfort of a forever home. Contact the shelter to learn more about her and see if you can provide the loving home Ruby has been waiting for. 🐾❤️

Adopting from our shelter is probably easier than you think. Before adoption, all dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, treated for worms and fleas, and have their own passports. To help defer those costs, we ask for a donation fee of 500 Euros (approx £430) which includes adoption fee and transportation costs. As the transport costs do vary, we can help with fundraising for these costs if necessary.
