Meet beautiful Zen, a 3.5 months old Parson Russell Terrier cross puppy.

Zen was rescued after suffering a terrible injury to his right hind leg.

We believe he was hit by a car as the impact has broke his femur.

Sadly Zen is in a terrible position as due to bad nutrition his growth plate is underdeveloped which makes a surgery to fix his broken bone a very difficult one.

Our vet recommended amputation but we are doing everyone to get in touch with various specialists as we believe his leg can be saved.

One thing is sure- there is a long and very expensive procedure in Zen’s future.

Zen is currently resting in Maya’s home where he will stay until we find a specialist willing to help him ASAP.

We call onto our community to help us once again.

Belgrade specialists don’t have an opening and Zagreb has still not responded.

We are ready to send Zen anywhere in the Europe just to make sure he gets a fighting chance.

Despite tremendous pain he is in, Zen remains a loving and gentle boy who just wants lots of cuddles.
